What does coaching entail?
As a trained coach I offer coaching as a counseling service and a framework to reflect on personal and/or professional issues in a confidential, intensive and systematic manner. I understand coaching as an instrument for self-help - for example, to promote self-management, to support decision-making, to reach personal goals or to optimize one's own leadership capabilities or to decide about a possible relocation. Coaching provides the means to see one's own situation more clearly and to become more aware of one's own strengths and resources.
